Helene has 25 years of experience in leadership, recruitment, executive search and staffing across a range of roles. With extensive experience as a hiring manager herself — particularly in fast growing organizations — she is a trusted speaking partner for both clients and candidates in all types of recruitment processes. Business development, executive team work and values driven leadership are also among her core strengths. Topics related to inclusion and dynamic team environments have been central throughout her career.

In addition to her professional background, Helene holds an MSc in Business & Economics from Uppsala University and a BA in Psychology from Stockholm University. She is also certified in AON’s psychometric assessment tools.
