Zeelandia is now reentering the Scandinavian market and is looking for a Sales Manager Scandinavia to drive growth across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

The opportunity

This is a highimpact commercial role with responsibility for rebuilding and growing Zeelandia’s Scandinavian business. You will act as Zeelandia’s key representative in the region, focusing on industrial bakery clients and working closely with European colleagues.

The role offers significant autonomy, a strong growth mandate and the opportunity to contribute to building a future Scandinavian sales organization.
 

Key responsibilities

• Sales and commercial responsibility for Scandinavia
• Reestablishing Zeelandia’s market presence and brand strength
• Driving new business while developing longterm customer relationships
• Managing key retail partners and coordinating technical support
• Pricing, negotiations, deal closing and sales execution
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Building and leading a Scandinavian sales team will be your responsibilities subject to successful reestablishment of the Zeelandia brand.

Your background

• Several years of senior B2B sales experience with a proven track record
• Experience from food ingredients, bakery, food production or adjacent industries
• Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach with ability to act as adviser to clients if needed
• Self driven, structured and comfortable working independently
• Fluent in Swedish and/or Danish and English; ability to communicate in other Scandinavian languages
• Relevant academic degree is an advantage but not a prerequisite
